They did an excellent job cleaning my hand made Iranian Tribal Rug, much better than previous cleanings. What's more, they picked up to rug, and delivered it after the job was done. I especially appreciated that they were able to correct an issue with dye bleeding into the fringe left by a previous cleaner. The price was a little spendy, but so is the rug, and it looks good as new!
